Ambitious aesthetics and spacious office areas right in the center of a vivid environment: what once was known as “The Cat’s Pajamas“ has now transformed into URBN WORX.
An internationally known and beloved hostel at the lively border between Neukölln and Kreuzberg got turned into a state of the art office building that offers space for up to seven renting parties.
Five modernized floor spaces with a respective area of 200 square meters as well as a newly attached cubic shaped attic flat were created to suit modern and creative work – including a gym with shower facilities, charging stations for e-bikes, parking spaces for bicycles as well as a green courtyard.

Kiez culture at any given time of the day
The lunch break can either be spent with a short run in Volkspark Hasenheide or with lunch at Le Bon – one of the many hip cafés and restaurants located in the Graefekiez.
You can walk to the bustling market on Maybachufer in just ten minutes. Even the popular promenade along the Landwehr Canal between Admiral Bridge and Baerwald Bridge is only the famous stone’s throw away.
The always lively Reuterkiez with its countless bars and restaurants or the Klunckerkranich with its view above the roofs of Neukölln offer great after-work enjoyment.
BER Airport can be easily reached by public transport in 50 minutes, Berlin’s main railway station in less than 30 minutes.
